Arwa Al-Eryani earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Studies from Ibb University, Yemen, graduating at the top of her class throughout all four years. In recognition of her academic excellence, she was appointed as a Teaching Assistant immediately upon graduation. She has several accredited courses and from leading global institutions in psychology and social since and advocac.

For the past three years, Arwa has been working with the Feminist Peace Project at Peace Track Initiative, where she has led and supervised multiple mentorship programs, training sessions, and monitoring activities. Alongside this role, her path has also intersected with several other projects within the organization, allowing her to contribute across programmatic, strategic, and operational areas.

She is also actively engaged in human resources and safeguarding policy development, supporting team coordination and contribution to the creation and review of organizational safeguarding frameworks.
